Terms & Conditions 

 

Advertising Rules 

The following rules, together with the general competition terms and conditions of Trending Travel Ltd, apply to the “WIN the Ultimate Ibiza VIP Getaway for Two” prize draw (the “Competition”). 

The Competition will open on 14 September 2026 and will close at 23:59 on 30 September 2026, being midnight leading into 1 October 2026. 

The Competition will be promoted by Trending Travel Ltd across its social media channels and may also be promoted by participating Competition and Prize Partners. 

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

This giveaway is a prize draw offering Entrants the opportunity to win a four-night Ibiza trip for two people from 6–10 October 2026. 

 

1. The Prize 

There will be one winner, who will receive a four-night trip to Ibiza for themselves and one guest. 

The Prize includes: 

  • Return flights to Ibiza for two people from Glasgow, Manchester or selected London airports,  
  • VIP airport transfers to and from the hotel, provided by Request Ibiza  
  • Four nights' accommodation in a Sea View Suite at Wiki from 6–10 October 2026  
  • Dinner at CKW – Premium Tasting Menu for two, plus two drinks per person or one bottle of wine to share  
  • Pool day and lunch at Wiki – one main course and two drinks per person  
  • Dinner at Aragma up to a maximum total value of €120  
  • Skinny Brunch – one starter, one main course and two drinks per person  
  • O Beach – VIP entry for two people plus two drinks per person  

All elements of the Prize are subject to the specific conditions set out below. 

 

2. Conditions of Entry 

2.1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry. 

2.2. Entrants must have a valid Instagram account. 

2.3. Employees of Trending Travel Ltd, Travel Up, SALT Agency, participating Prize Providers, their immediate family members, agents or anyone professionally associated with the administration of the Competition are not permitted to enter. 

2.4. Entrants must agree to and comply with these Terms and Conditions. If an Entrant does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, their entry may be deemed invalid and they may be disqualified. 

2.5. No purchase is necessary to enter. 

2.6. Internet access and an Instagram account are required. 

 

3. How to Enter 

To enter the Prize Draw, Entrants must complete all of the following during the Entry Period: 

  • Follow @SALTAgency  
  • Follow @TravelUp1 
  • Tag the person they would take to Ibiza in the comments of the designated Competition post  

Entrants may receive one additional bonus entry by sharing the Competition post to their Instagram Story during the Entry Period. 

Sharing the Competition post to an Instagram Story is optional and is not required for the Entrant's standard entry to be valid. 

Where a Story share cannot be independently verified by the Promoter, the Entrant may be required to provide reasonable evidence that the Competition post was shared to their Story during the Entry Period. 

Unless otherwise expressly stated on the Competition post, submitting multiple comments or tagging multiple people will not create additional standard entries. 

 

4. Entry Period 

The Competition opens on 14 September 2026. 

Entries must be received no later than 23:59 on 30 September 2026. 

For the avoidance of doubt, the Competition closes at midnight leading into 1 October 2026. 

Entries received after this time will not be accepted. 

Trending Travel Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries which are not successfully completed due to technical fault, network or server failure, computer hardware or software failure or any other circumstance outside the reasonable control of the Promoter. 

 

5. Winner Selection 

There will be one overall winner of the Competition. 

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. 

The winner must have completed all mandatory entry requirements in order to receive the Prize. 

Before awarding the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to verify that the selected winner: 

  • Followed SALT Agency  
  • Followed Travel Up 
  • Submitted a valid qualifying comment  
  • Complied with all other applicable Competition requirements  

Where an additional entry has been awarded for an Instagram Story share, the Promoter may verify that the Story share was completed during the Entry Period. 

 

6. Winner Notification 

The winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message within three days of the Competition closing. 

The winner may be asked to provide their: 

  • Full name  
  • Instagram handle  
  • Age or date of birth  
  • Email address  
  • Telephone number  
  • Postal address  
  • Proof of identity where reasonably necessary  
  • Any information reasonably required to organise and fulfil the Prize  

The winner must respond and claim the Prize within seven days of the date of notification. 

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, cannot provide the required information, is found to have submitted an invalid entry or is unable to accept the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

If the winner chooses not to accept the Prize, or any individual element of the Prize, no cash payment, refund, replacement or other compensation will be provided in respect of that unused element. 

This follows the winner-notification and unclaimed-prize approach contained within the supplied competition terms.  

 

7. Announcement of the Winner 

The surname and county or country of residence of the winner may be made available upon reasonable request for a period of two months following the Competition Closing Date. 

Where required by applicable law or regulation, the Promoter may provide details of the winner to the relevant regulatory authority. 

The winner may object to some or all of their details being made publicly available by contacting the Promoter. 

 

8. Disqualification 

Trending Travel Ltd reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize or to disqualify an Entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: 

  • These Terms and Conditions have been breached  
  • An Entrant has attempted to gain an unfair advantage  
  • Automated, fraudulent or manipulated entry methods have been used  
  • False or misleading information has been provided  
  • An Entrant has otherwise attempted to interfere with the fair administration of the Competition  
  • An entry is late, incomplete or does not satisfy the requirements set out within these Terms and Conditions  

The supplied template similarly provides for the disqualification of fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entries.  

 

9. Changes to the Promotion 

Trending Travel Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw the Competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable or affect the proper administration of the Competition. 

Where reasonably possible, the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the impact of any changes on Entrants. 

 

10. Personal Information 

Personal information supplied by Entrants will be used for the purposes of administering the Competition, verifying entries, selecting and contacting the winner and fulfilling the Prize. 

Where an Entrant wins the Competition, their personal information may be shared with participating Prize Providers where reasonably necessary to arrange and fulfil the Prize. 

This may include: 

  • Travel Up  
  • Request Ibiza  
  • Wiki  
  • CKW  
  • Aragma  
  • Skinny Brunch  
  • O Beach  
  • Any other supplier reasonably involved in fulfilling the Prize  

Personal information will otherwise be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policy of Trending Travel Ltd.

Entry into the Competition does not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications unless an Entrant has separately opted in to receive such communications. 

 

11. Social Media 

This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta or any other social media platform on which the Competition is promoted. 

By entering the Competition, Entrants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta have no responsibility for the administration of the Competition or fulfilment of the Prize. 

Entrants release Instagram and Meta from liability arising directly from the administration of the Competition to the extent permitted by law. 

This reflects the social-media disclaimer included within the supplied template.  

 

12. Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trending Travel Ltd and the participating Prize Providers shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered by an Entrant or any third party arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance and use of the Prize. 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded. 

 

13. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 

By entering the Competition, Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

The supplied Terms and Conditions use the same governing-law basis.  

 

14. Promoter 

The Promoter of this Competition is: 

Trending Travel Ltd 

Trending Travel Ltd is responsible for the administration of the Prize Draw, including the verification of eligible entries, selection of the winner and initial winner notification. 

Individual elements of the Prize will be provided by the relevant Prize Providers identified within these Terms and Conditions. 

 

Prize Terms and Conditions 

15. Travel Dates 

The Prize must be taken from: 

6 October 2026 to 10 October 2026 

The Prize is for a total duration of four nights. 

These dates are fixed unless an alternative arrangement is expressly agreed in writing between the winner, the Promoter and the relevant Prize Providers. 

The winner should therefore ensure that both they and their chosen guest are available to travel on these dates before accepting the Prize. 

 

16. Flights 

The Prize includes return flights to Ibiza for two people. 

The winner may travel from one of the following UK departure points, subject to availability: 

  • Glasgow  
  • Manchester  
  • Selected London airports  

The exact departure airport, operating airline and flight times will be confirmed as part of the Prize booking process. 

Availability of a particular departure airport, flight time or airline cannot be guaranteed. 

Flights are subject to availability and the applicable booking conditions of Trending Travel and the operating airline. 

The Prize is limited to the flight inventory made available by Trending Travel for this Competition. General availability on a particular flight through another booking channel does not guarantee that the same flight will be available as part of the Prize. 

Any optional extras or upgrades not expressly included within the Prize will be payable by the winner. 

These may include, where applicable: 

  • Additional baggage  
  • Seat selection  
  • Priority boarding  
  • Airport lounge access  
  • Flight upgrades  
  • Additional passengers  
  • Other airline extras  

Any applicable baggage allowance included within the booked flight will be confirmed to the winner by Trending Travel. 

 

17. Accommodation 

The winner and their guest will receive: 

Four nights' accommodation in a Sea View Suite at Wiki from 6–10 October 2026. 

Accommodation is for two people sharing one Sea View Suite. 

The hotel and room type cannot be changed by the winner unless expressly agreed by the relevant Prize Provider. 

The Prize duration cannot be extended unless expressly agreed by the relevant Prize Provider. 

If the winner wishes to arrange additional accommodation, room upgrades or additional guests, these will be subject to availability and any applicable additional charges. 

 

18. VIP Airport Transfers 

The Prize includes VIP airport transfers provided by Request Ibiza. 

The included transfers comprise: 

  • Transfer from Ibiza Airport to Wiki following arrival on 6 October 2026  
  • Transfer from Wiki to Ibiza Airport for departure on 10 October 2026  

Transfers are for the winner and their one guest. 

Any additional journeys, route changes, stops or transport requested outside the agreed Prize itinerary are not included unless expressly agreed by Request Ibiza. 

 

19. Prize Itinerary 

6 October 2026 – Arrival 

The Prize includes: 

  • Arrival in Ibiza  
  • VIP airport transfer from Ibiza Airport to Wiki  
  • Check-in to a Sea View Suite at Wiki  
  • Dinner at CKW  

Dinner at CKW includes: 

  • Premium Tasting Menu for two  
  • Two drinks per person or  
  • One bottle of wine to share  

Any additional food, beverages, upgrades or other purchases made during the meal are not included and must be paid for by the winner and/or guest. 

 

7 October 2026 – Wiki & Aragma 

Wiki Pool Day & Lunch 

The winner and guest will receive a pool day at Wiki. 

Lunch includes: 

  • One main course per person  
  • Two drinks per person  

Any additional food, beverages or services must be paid for separately by the winner and/or guest. 

Dinner at Aragma 

The Prize includes dinner at Aragma up to a maximum total value of: 

€120 

Any spend exceeding €120 must be paid directly by the winner and/or their guest. 

If the total spend is less than €120, the remaining balance will not be provided as cash, credit or any other alternative. 

 

8 October 2026 – Skinny Brunch & O Beach 

Skinny Brunch 

The Prize includes Skinny Brunch for the winner and their guest. 

Each person will receive: 

  • One starter  
  • One main course  
  • Two drinks  

Any additional food, beverages, upgrades or services will be payable separately. 

O Beach 

The Prize includes: 

  • VIP entry to O Beach for two people  
  • Two drinks per person  

Any additional food, drinks, tables, beds, upgrades, premium beverages or other purchases are not included unless expressly confirmed as part of the Prize. 

Admission remains subject to O Beach's applicable venue rules, admission policies and terms and conditions. 

The winner and guest are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable entry requirements, including any identification, dress code or conduct requirements imposed by the venue. 

 

9 October 2026 

The winner and their guest will continue their stay in the Sea View Suite at Wiki. 

Unless otherwise confirmed by the Prize Providers, no additional meals, hospitality experiences or activities are included for 9 October 2026 beyond the accommodation forming part of the four-night Prize. 

The winner and guest are free to make their own arrangements for this day at their own expense. 

 

10 October 2026 – Departure 

The winner and guest will: 

  • Check out of Wiki  
  • Receive their VIP transfer from Wiki to Ibiza Airport  
  • Take their return flight to the UK  

 

20. General Prize Conditions 

All elements of the Prize are subject to availability. 

The Prize is: 

  • Non-transferable  
  • Non-refundable  
  • Not for resale  
  • Not exchangeable for cash  
  • Not exchangeable for alternative goods or services unless expressly agreed by the Promoter or relevant Prize Provider  

There is no cash alternative. 

The Prize is available as described at the date of publication. 

Should an element of the Prize become unavailable due to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter or Prize Provider, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that element with an alternative of equivalent or greater value where reasonably possible. 

The supplied T&Cs similarly provide that all prize elements are subject to availability and non-transferable, with no cash alternative.  

The Competition and Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount unless expressly agreed by the relevant Prize Provider. 

Any optional purchases, upgrades or supplements requested by the winner are additional to the Prize and must be paid for by the winner. 

 

21. Costs Not Included 

Unless expressly stated as being included within these Terms and Conditions, the Prize does not include: 

  • Travel between the winner's home and their chosen UK departure airport  
  • Airport parking  
  • Petrol or fuel costs  
  • Travel insurance  
  • Passport costs  
  • Visa or travel authorisation costs, where applicable  
  • Personal expenditure  
  • Incidental costs  
  • Additional food  
  • Additional drinks  
  • Additional luggage not included within the booked flight  
  • Airline upgrades or optional extras  
  • Additional transport in Ibiza  
  • Additional activities or excursions  
  • Additional guests  
  • Room upgrades  
  • Any other goods or services not specifically identified as part of the Prize  

The winner and guest are responsible for all personal expenditure incurred during the trip. 

 

22. Travel Documentation and Requirements 

It is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to ensure that they are legally able to travel to Spain and possess all documentation required for their journey. 

This includes responsibility for: 

  • Holding a valid passport  
  • Meeting applicable passport-validity requirements  
  • Meeting all applicable Spanish entry requirements  
  • Obtaining any necessary visa or travel authorisation  
  • Arranging suitable travel insurance  
  • Arranging appropriate health insurance where required  
  • Meeting applicable health, vaccination or other travel requirements  
  • Complying with the operating airline's terms and conditions  

The winner and their guest are responsible for checking applicable UK Government/FCDO travel advice prior to departure. 

If the winner or guest is unable to travel because they have failed to obtain the required documentation or meet applicable travel requirements, no alternative Prize, refund, cash payment or compensation will be provided. 

The responsibility for passports, insurance and travel documentation is also placed on the winner within the supplied Competition Terms.  

 

23. Additional Guests and Changes 

The Prize is for the winner and one guest only. 

Any additional passengers, hotel rooms, accommodation or other arrangements requested by the winner will: 

  • Not form part of the Prize  
  • Be subject to availability  
  • Be charged at the applicable standard rate  

Once travel arrangements have been booked and confirmed, the winner may not change the travel dates unless expressly agreed by the relevant Prize Providers. 

The duration of the Prize cannot be extended unless expressly agreed by the relevant Prize Provider. 

 

24. Changes, Cancellations and Circumstances Outside the Promoter's Control 

Events may occur which make it impossible or impractical to provide the Prize exactly as described due to circumstances outside the reasonable control of Trending Travel Ltd or the Prize Providers. 

Where such circumstances occur, the Promoter reserves the right to vary, amend or substitute an element of the Prize where reasonably necessary. 

Trending Travel Ltd and participating Prize Providers will not be liable for cancellations, delays or changes caused by circumstances outside their reasonable control. 

Where reasonably possible, the Promoter and Prize Providers will endeavour to minimise disruption to the winner. 

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any liability which cannot legally be excluded. 

 

25. Prize Provider Terms and Conditions 

Individual elements of the Prize may also be subject to the standard terms and conditions, booking conditions, admission requirements and operating rules of the applicable Prize Provider. 

These may include those of: 

  • Travel Up  
  • The operating airline  
  • Request Ibiza  
  • Wiki  
  • CKW  
  • Aragma  
  • Skinny Brunch  
  • O Beach  

The winner and their guest must comply with all reasonable conditions imposed by those suppliers. 

Failure to comply with the rules or conditions of an individual supplier may result in the relevant element of the Prize being refused or withdrawn. 

 

26. Social Media Content 

Trending Travel Ltd may wish to repurpose social media content created in connection with the Prize across Trending Travel's website and social media channels, subject to applicable rights, permissions and platform requirements. 

Where required, Trending Travel Ltd will obtain or confirm the necessary permission from the winner before republishing identifiable photographs or video content created by the winner or guest. 

 

27. Prize Substitution 

Trending Travel Ltd reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any individual element of the Prize, with an alternative of equivalent or greater value where circumstances outside its reasonable control make the original Prize unavailable. 

The supplied competition template also provides for substitution where the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.  

 

28. Final Provisions 

The Promoter's decision in relation to the administration of the Competition, verification of entries and selection of the winner will be final, subject to applicable law. 

By submitting an entry, Entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
