Trending Travel's "Milan Getaway 2023" Competition Terms & Conditions
- 1) Competition and Organisers
- The promoter of the "Milan Getaway 2023" competition (hereinafter referred to as “Competition”) is Trending Travel Ltd., with its competition running exclusively in November 2023. Participation in this Competition is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
- 2) Participation
- 1 Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. Employees and their immediate family members of Trending Travel Ltd. and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate.
- 2 The Competition is open for entry from 6th November 2023 (00:01 GMT) to 13th November 2023 (23:59 GMT). There will be one winner selected from all entries received. Entry to the Competition is free.
- 3 To enter the Competition, participants must:
- Sign up to the Trending Travel WhatsApp chat service during the promotional period.
- Opt-in to receive marketing messages and the competition updates from Trending Travel.
- 4 Entry is only valid if the participant meets the conditions of 2.3. Trending Travel cannot be held responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.
- 3) Prize Draw and Notification
- 1 The prize is a trip to Milan, with the value and scope to be determined by Trending Travel. The winner will be chosen randomly and must be opted in to both marketing messages and the competition to be eligible for entry.
- 2 The winner will be contacted via WhatsApp with the phone number provided during entry. The winner must confirm their acceptance and provide necessary details within three days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- 4) Data Protection
- The personal data will be used solely by Trending Travel to administer the competition and send marketing messages for holidays we think you may be interested in. General T&Cs are available at https://trendingtravel.co.uk/terms-conditions.

- 5) Additional Terms
- Any optional purchases or supplements are extra and are subject to the standard Trending Travel Ltd terms and conditions and any applicable charges must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party.
- Trending Travel Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at their absolute discretion.
- Trending Travel retains the right to repurpose all social media content generated on the prize for use on all Trending Travel social media channels and trendingtravel.co.uk.
- Trending Travel Ltd will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or the prizes, or for any loss or damage. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Trending Travel Ltd in relation to personal injury or death caused by Trending Travel Ltd negligence or for fraud.
- The prize duration cannot be extended unless agreed by Trending Travel, and the hotel and/or room type will not be changed by the winner. Any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates for additional flights and rooms. Please note, once you have made a booking you cannot amend the travel dates.
- 6) Right to Require Content
- Trending Travel can require the winner to provide social media content and videos generated during their trip for use in any way Trending Travel sees fit.
- 7) Right to Cancel
- Trending Travel reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
- 8) Non-Affiliation Clause
- This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., WhatsApp LLC, Facebook, Inc. or any other party.
- 9) General
- By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and renounce any claim against Trending Travel regarding the administration of the prize.
